My Story
Hi I'm Myra. Thanks for stopping by! I am certified in whole foods and plant-based cooking through Rouxbe & Forks Over Knives and currently finishing my culinary course as a plant-based professional. My passion in cooking and baking started 20 years ago and I am truly grateful how my Savior prepared me and my family throughout the process. My vegan culinary skills began when our family became involved in health ministry. We are privileged to work in natural food institution & health food store, assisted in cooking classes & food demo, helped with cooking and baking for conventions and events, attended various health seminars and so on. It was a blessing to be a part of that community for 10 years, then I took culinary classes and utilized my skill, helped out the community with cooking classes through the church outreach invitations, University Campus Program, personal demo with friends, community and church family. Those experiences improved my ability to develop my skill and prepared our family to serve in southern community to work for the college institution and manage the kitchen and dining for school and for church functions, events and conferences. It is my wish and prayer to share all the blessings I gained to each one of you. Regardless of where you are on your nutrition journey, we can always benefit physically and mentally by taking it one step at a time by making the best choices.
