SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
Ingredients
1/3 c. Water
1/3 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 c. Apricot or Pineapple Preserve
1 TB Bragg Aminos or Soy Sauce
2 tsp Cornstarch dissolve in 1 TB Water
2 TB Ketchup to add some flavor and color
2 tsp finely minced, garlic
1 tsp finely minced ginger
Instruction
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan except the cornstarch mixture.
Bring to a boil and keep stirring until all the ingredients combined smoothly.
Add the cornstarch mixture, stir until it thickened.
Note: Add a bit of water if the sauce is too thick
Soy Sauce Dip
- Add crushed garlic and lemon juice
