AVOCADO HUMMUS

This is the most easiest and quickest meal to prepare.




AVOCADO HUMMUS


You will need:


1 large Avocado, ripe, peeled, seeded

2 TB Soy Mayonnaise (optional)

2-3 pinches onion powder

2-3 pinches garlic powder

1/2-1 tsp. lemon juice

Salt to taste


Place and mash the avocado in a bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Serve over toast and garnish with fresh herbs, hemp seeds or whatever you prefer to sprinkle on top.
