It's an all time favorite in our family. Works great for easy and quick breakfast to go.
AVOCADO HUMMUS SPREAD in toast
You will need:
1 medium avocado, mashed
2 TB homemade soy mayonnaise or vegennaise
1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and serve with crostini or any whole grain toast
