Most members in our family are very fond of these Mexican food.. taco, nachos and bean burrito. It is very easy to prepare this dish, very satisfying, versatile and very cheap in your budget. I usually make a big pot of beans and rice to make rice and bean bowl with a side of pico de Gallo (chopped tomatoes, onions, bell peppers & cilantro with salt), the next meal, I'll make either bean tacos or bean burrito using refried beans from the left over beans. It is one of those meals that I always serve especially when we have a big crowd.
