BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients
2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
1 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. frozen pineapple, chunk
1 1/2 - 2 c. non-dairy milk
1-2 TB date or maple syrup
1 TB chia seeds
Blend all ingredients and serve in a bowl or simply pour in a glass and boost your system with this high anti-oxidant drink.
Toppings when serving in bowl (optional)
- granola
- fresh berries or any chopped or sliced fruit
- shredded coconut
- hemp seeds
- nuts, raw or roasted
