BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES


Ingredients


1 large Head of Cauliflower, florets


For Batter


3/4 c. Chickpea flour or any preferred flour

1 TB Nutritional Yeast

1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

3/4 c. Plant-based Milk

2-3 TB Buffalo Sauce

2 TB Ketchup


Instructions:


- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, add the flour, all the seasonings and milk and stir until well combined.

- Add the cauliflower florets into the batter, makes sure each is evenly coated.

- Arrange the coated cauliflower in the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way.

- Serve warm and use more sauce for dip.
