DIY NATURAL SKIN CARE

Updated: Sep 16, 2021

Most skin care products that are out there in the market are fully loaded with harmful ingredients, and some of those ingredients maybe carcinogenic especially if mixed with other chemicals and it maybe linked to cancer risk, endocrine disruption, skin allergies, dermatitis or even respiratory problems. My own experience with hair loss, dry scalp and dry skin encouraged me to learn and try to use natural products to solve my problem. It changed my perspective on using popular brand to switching to a natural and homemade products. They are actually easy to make and so much cheaper than buying the products. I have recipes down below to share and for you to try out, but don't limit yourself to make or experiment something that might work for you.

The avocado and cucumbers are for face mask and during showers, use the juice of lemons for scalp, but not too often - once to twice a month should be enough. Another purpose for those who have an issue with stinky armpit or under arm and feet, using pure lemon juice also helps to reduce the problem.
