This super green smoothie recipe is full of nutrients that gives you a lot of energy throughout the day. It's the healthiest way to turn it as a meal.
GREEN BOWL SMOOTHIE
Yields: 2 medium bowls
You will need:
2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
1/2 medium avocado, peeled and seeded
1/2 c. frozen mangoes
1/2 c. frozen pineapple
2 handful of fresh spinach
1 small handful of baby kale
1 1/2 - 2 c. Non-dairy Milk
1-2 TB Maple Syrup
1 TB Flaxseeds
1/2 tsp. Moringa Powder
Blend all ingredients and serve in a bowl with your favorite topping or just simply pour in a glass to drink.
Toppings for breakfast bowl (optional)
- granola
- fresh berries, kiwi or other fruits of your choice
- shredded coconut
- hemp seeds
- nuts, raw or roasted
