It does looks so nice to keep everything organized. It was the first requirements, when I took my culinary classes. At that time, I have no idea why they require us to do it. It was a total overhaul and a lot of work to clean up the refrigerator and the cabinets and organize everything. I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen, one thing that's very challenging is not having a pantry and it makes it harder to put everything in place because of a limited space. but so far, I learned to be creative and found a way to keep everything in place. As soon as I started cooking and doing all my class assignments, I found out how smooth and easy and stress free it is to know where everything are in the kitchen. I used to dig out a lot of things especially the spices and it was not a pleasant thing to do when you're in a hurry to finish up a dish or whatever task you have in the kitchen. I learned to store and categorize my stock in the refrigerator and cabinets. It was the most inspiring task that I learned throughout the years of working in my kitchen. Give it a try when you get a chance, you'll find out what I mean when it happens. Have fun!
In our refrigerator, there is a designated spot for fruits, produce, nuts, seeds, condiments, miscellaneous and left overs.
The grains, beans, pasta, herbs and spices, canned food, tea, cereals and other things have their own specific place and space.
My huge blessing in the kitchen is having this partner of mine. It was a gift and countless blessings have already been accomplished . It is a convection oven that bakes 2 batches or 12 loaves of bread at a time. Praying that God will continue to keep it going for His honor and glory.
Our BOSCH Mixer is been serving us for about 15 years now. This is how I learned to make my first whole wheat bread and sweet breads. I am so privileged, so thankful and grateful for everything that I learned from Country Life Natural Foods & Oak Haven and their staff. My first steps learning everything about vegan cooking and vegan baking and all the terminologies and familiarities about natural foods and everything that is related to veganism.
These gadgets was used in baking classes, made hundreds or even thousands of bread samples for food demonstrations, bake goods for fund raising, door to door ministry for sick people, elderly, neighbors and friends, and not limited as a gift and for church fellowship.
NUTRIMILL is a grain grinder. This is what I use to grind our own wheat flour to make bread and sweet breads. I can practically use it in almost any kind of grain.
Our Omega Juicer - there are so many good reasons to keep up with juicing. So healthy and rejuvenating for our soul and mind. We were so blessed to learn all the importance of fresh juicing from a Korean doctor who left his medical profession to help out the sick and dying people all over the world.
