A lifestyle choice is a personal and conscious decision to perform a behavior that may increase or decrease the risk of injury or disease. They do so by showing what risk factors may be involved in a disease and how they can cause chronic or acute damage to your body.


Veganism

is defined as a way of living that attempts to exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty, whether for food, clothing or any other purpose. For these reasons, vegan diet is avoiding of all animal products, including meat, eggs and dairy. People choose to follow a vegan diet for various reasons.


Vegetarianism is a diet free of meat or animal flesh. There are also pescatarians, who eat fish and seafood; and lacto-vegetarians, who eat dairy products but not eggs. Fruitarians follow a diet that includes fruits, nuts, seeds, and other plant food.


Raw enthusiast are the ones who only eat plant based food that has not been cooked over 104 degrees Fahrenheit. According to an interview, they feel energetic, their digestion improved, their skin is healthier and they feel healthier than ever. They believe that cooking food lowers the nutritional value.
