Calling a person minimalist means you are describing their interest in keeping things very simple. A minimalist preferred the minimal or functional amount of things or degree of something. But anyone who likes things very simple could be called a minimalist.
Everything we have or we acquired should have a purpose and not just for looks or display. In Bible, King Solomon mentioned that the riches he had was all vanity because he lived so extravagant. God blessed him in so many ways, but he lost sight of His main purpose. God always bless us with the means of money, but we need to spend it wisely. Living simple makes our life simple and peaceful.
