Ingredients:
1 large head of Cauliflower, cut in florets
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 TB Olive Oil
3/4 tsp Salt
1 TB Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Garlic, granules or powder
1 tsp. Onion, granules or powder
Instruction:
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and coat each florets evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Stir it occasionally to prevent from burning the edges.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing or any of your preferred sauce.
