OVEN ROASTED SQUASH & SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients:


1 medium size of Butternut Squash, diced about an inch

2 medium size of Sweet Potatoes, diced about an inch

1 medium Onion, chopped

1 medium Red Pepper, diced small

3 TB Olive Oil

3 TB Nutritional Yeast Flakes

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Garlic granules or powder

1 tsp Onion granules or powder


Mix all the ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes
