PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is so delicious and it's like drinking pumpkin pie in a glass. It's even better if you make your own pumpkin puree.




PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

Yields 2 cups


Ingredients


1 c. Pumpkin Puree

1 medium frozen bananas

3 pieces Medjool Dates, pitted

1 1/2 c. Almond Milk, unsweetened

1 TB Maple Syrup

1 TB Almond Butter

3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice


Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.


Note: You have an option to bake your own fresh pumpkin and scrape it to make a puree or get a pumpkin puree in can. You may also take the maple syrup out, if you prefer a lightly sweet taste.
