These raw power balls are very high in protein and fibers. They are all raw made of Medjool dates, cashews, almonds, coconut and hemp seeds. I used organic in most of them except for the dates.
Medjool dates are the best and softest dates they ever have in the market. They are very high in fiber and full pack of nutrients. Hemp seeds makes it superb because it is 2x more protein, high in iron, omega 3 & 6. Cashews and almonds adds more protein into it to give more energy. Shredded coconut adds more fiber and flavor.
RAW POWER BALLS
Blend in a food processor:
1 lb. Medjool Dates, pitted
1 c. Raw Cashews, pieces
1/2 c. Raw Almonds, slivered or slices
1/4 c. Coconut, dry and shredded
1/4 c. Hemp Seeds, shelled
Instruction:
Blend until they are fully incorporated
Measure with ice cream scooper and roll them up
Roll in coconut flakes, hemp seeds, coarsely chopped nuts or just leave them plain
