These roasted chili chickpea recipe is great for snacking and perfect for salad and soup topper. So easy to prepare, full of fiber and protein and very nutritious.
ROASTED CHILI CHICKPEAS
Yield: 1 medium bowl
Ingredients
1 18 oz. can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 TB Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Maple Syrup
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Spread the chickpeas in a baking sheet
- Bake for 30 minutes. Shake occasionally
- Transfer in a bowl and serve warm
