SAUTEED MUSHROOMS


Ingredients:


2 lbs Baby Portabello Mushrooms or any kind of your choice, cleaned and quartered

1 medium onions, chopped

Small piece of ginger, about 1-2 inches, peeled and sliced

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

2 TB Tamari or low sodium soy sauce

1 TB Lemon Juice, fresh squeeze

1 tsp Mushroom seasoning, optional

2 tsp Maple Syrup or any sweeter

2-3 TB Olive oil


Instructions:


In a pan, add the oil and sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until lightly brown, then add the mushrooms, stir for about 15-20 seconds then add the rest of the seasonings. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes.


Serve over rice or add in your sandwich. It can be saved for later use to add on other dishes.
