TERIYAKI GLUTEN STEAKS

INGREDIENTS:


3 cups of Gluten Steaks/ Seitan / Meat Magic or any meatless meat

2 1/2 c. Pineapple Juice

1 TB Vegan Chicken Seasoning or 2 Vegan Bouillon Cubes

3 TB Tomato Paste

2 TB Molasses

1 TB Fresh Lemon Juice

2 TB Bragg Aminos or Soy Sauce

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1 tsp. Garlic Powder or Granulated

1 tsp. Onion Powder or Granulated

1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

1 TB Brown Sugar or Agave

1/2 c. Sweet Chili Sauce (Optional)


NOTE: Set aside the marinade sauce for basting.


Instruction:


1. Marinate the veggie meat 2-4 hours or overnight using all the ingredients.


2. Thread the marinated veggie meat in BBQ sticks or simply put them in a baking dish.


3. Have the basting sauce ready.


4. Grill the veggie meats over the griller and brush them occasionally with the basting sauce.


5. Serve warm with rice or bun as another option.


6. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for topping.
