SOUTHERN STYLE BROWN GRAVY
Ingredients
4 1/2 c. Water
1 c. Cashews, washed
1 TB Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Umami Mushroom Seasoning
1/4 c. Bragg Aminos or Soy Sauce
2 TB Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2 1/2 TB Cornstarch
2 TB Beefless Seasoning Powder
1-2 pcs. Bayleaf Whole
In a blender:
Blend all ingredients except bayleaf on high until creamy. Pour into the saucepan, add the bay leaf and cook on medium high heat until becomes thick and creamy. Adjust the taste and serve warm.
