SPANISH RICE


Ingredients:


2 c. White Rice

2 c. Vegetable broth or water

2 TB Tomato paste

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Onion powder

1 TB Nutritional Yeast

1 TB Soy sauce

1 tsp Chipotle seasoning, optional

2 TB Cilantro, chopped

3-4 TB Olive oil

Salt to taste


Instructions:


1. Mix the tomato paste and the rest of the ingredients in the vegetable broth.

2. In a pot, add the oil over medium heat, then add the rice. Keep stirring until rice is coated with oil and until the rice texture change whiter.


3. Add the broth mixture into the pot.
