STRAWBERRY KIWI SMOOTHIE
Yield: 2 medium bowl
Ingredients
2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
1 c. Strawberries, frozen
1/2 c. Kiwi, sliced
1 1/2 - 2 c. Non-dairy Milk
1-2 TB Date or maple Syrup
1 TB Chia seeds
Blend all ingredients and serve in a bowl, top with kiwi slices or your favorite topping.
Toppings (optional)
- granola
- fresh berries or any fruits of your choice
- shredded coconut
- hemp seeds
- nuts, raw or roasted
