Switching to whole foods and plant-based is so so easy, especially when you set your heart and mind on doing it. I remember the time when we switched to WFPB: I started organizing our refrigerator, freezer and our pantry. We planned our weekly meal, wrote down our grocery list and we stocked up with all vegan healthy foods and staple that we needed for everyday cooking.
