VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE

This is the easiest and delicious way to attain that craving for real parmesan. My family loves to sprinkle them on baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, spaghetti and other pasta dish. I would recommend using a blender or coffee grinder to get a finer texture.



VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE


Ingredients


1 c. Nutritional Yeast

1/2 c. White Sesame Seeds

1/2 c. Blanched Almond

Salt to taste

pinch of garlic & onion powder


Instruction


In a food processor or a blender, blend, grind and mix all ingredients.

Then store in an air tight container or shaker. Refrigerate to preserve it's freshness.


Note: As you notice on the post, the sesame seeds wasn't ground up all the way from using the food processor or chopper. I will use the blender or coffee grinder on my next batch.
