VEGAN TOFU MEATBALLS



Ingredients



1 14oz block extra firm organic tofu, pressed & crumbled

1/2 c. onion, minced

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 c. mushrooms, finely chopped

1 small carrots, finely shredded

1/2 c. fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 c. sesame seeds, natural or white

1/2 c. All Purpose Flour or any flour of your choice

1 tsp. curry powder

1 tsp. turmeric

1 TB nutritional Yeast 

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste


Instructions


- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully incorporated.


- Form into a small ball.


- Fry in air fryer or deep fry in oil or bake at 350 degrees until golden brown


- Serve plain or with the sauce of your choice

- Orange Glaze

- Teriyaki Sauce

- Sweet & Sour Sauce

- Barbecue Sauce
