1 lb. block of extra firm organic tofu, pressed & crumbled
1/2 c. All Purpose Flour or any flour of your choice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. turmeric
1 TB Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 bunch of fresh spinach, finely chopped
Instructions
- Place the pan with oil or water in a medium low heat and saute the onion, garlic, tomatoes or peppers and mushrooms until it is lightly cooked.
- In a bowl, place the crumbled tofu and add the sautéd vegetables and the rest of the ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Place in a quiche mold, a cupcake pan or in a casserole dish.
- Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit 20-25 minutes for quiche mold & pan until the edges turned lightly brown. Bake the quiche in casserole dish for 30-35 minutes or until the edges turned lightly brown.
