What’s for dinner

Having heavy or light dinner is always an option for each one of us. I do prefer to have a lighter meal before the end of the day because I feel so much better and I can rest well during the night. I like having fruits with my light meal because it won't take long for my system to digest all the food inside my stomach. The absence of bloating and cramps and indigestion is so much appreciated and the feeling of being content in small amount of food is all that it takes.
