Fresh Watermelon Juice

Refreshing Watermelon Juice/Smoothie

​

Ingredients:

​

4 cups cubed seedless watermelon

1 TB fresh squeezed lime juice

1/2 cup coconut water

1 TB agave nectar or maple syrup

1 cup ice cubes

​

Instruction:

​

Option #1  For Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth.

​

Option#2 For Juice

Run the watermelon into the juicer then add the rest of the ingredients.

 

Pour into the glass and garnish with slice of lime and mint leaves. 

​

Fresh Fruit Smoothies & Juices

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

​

1 cup strawberries, frozen

1  banana, peeled, fresh or frozen

1 cup almond milk

2 TB Agave or maple syrup

​

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

​

Variation:  Substitute other fruit in the recipe, as desired.

​

Yield:  2 cups

​

Mango Peaches Smoothie

 

1 cup strawberries, frozen

2  peaches, peeled, fresh or frozen

1 cup almond milk

2 TB Agave or maple syrup

​

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

​

Variation:  Substitute other fruit in the recipe, as desired.

​

Yield:  2 1/2 cups

​

​

Green Goodness Smoothie

 

1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and slices 

1/2 cup  spinach fresh 

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 cup apple juice

2 TB Agave or maple syrup

​

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

​

Variation:  Substitute other fruit and greens in the recipe, as desired.

​

Yield:  3 cups
